The Friends of Westminster Cathedral are raising funds through the Big Give to build a much-needed external brick store for votive and liturgical candles.
They hope to raise £30,000 for the project. Our current storage area in the Cathedral Crypt is no longer suitable, and we urgently need a safer and more accessible solution.
Until 12 noon on Tuesday 15 July, all online donations made through the Big Give will be doubled at no extra cost to you. For example, if you donate £20 and are a UK taxpayer, your gift will be matched to become £40, and with Gift Aid, it will be worth £45, all for just a £20 donation.
