On Monday 15 September, the mortal remains of Her Royal Highness Katharine, Duchess of Kent will be received into Westminster Cathedral, followed by a funeral Mass on Tuesday afternoon, 16 September. May she rest in peace.
Please note, the Cathedral will be closed to the faithful on both days to allow for the preparations and for the services to take place.
Mass, instead, will be celebrated in our chapel of ease: Sacred Heart, 112 Horseferry Rd, London SW1P 2EF (see below).
As we pray for the repose of the soul of Her Royal Highness, we also keep The Duke of Kent, their children and grandchildren, and the wider Royal Family in our prayers.
Eternal rest grant unto her, O Lord, and may perpetual light shine upon her. May she rest in peace. Amen.
