St John Henry Newman Walking Tour

Join acclaimed writer and guide Joanna Bogle for a Walking Tour, looking specifically at the life and legacy of St John Henry Newman.

Possibly the most famous Anglican convert to Catholicism, JH Newman sparked the Oxford Movement, a high church revivalist movement in the Church of England before converting to Catholicism and dying a Cardinal. He was canonised in 2019.

Come along as we explore Newman’s London, from St Paul’s Cathedral, through the City of London and over to Southwark, finishing at the Church of the Most Precious Blood, SE1.

Tickets are £10 available in advance or on the day, with the meeting point being outside St Paul’s Cathedral.
